1. Acceptance and Eligibility
WardLink is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and authorized clinical staff who are at least 18 years old. By using WardLink, you confirm that you are legally permitted to handle the clinical information you enter and that you will use the app only within your professional role, institutional policies, and applicable law.
2. Clinical Reference Scope
WardLink provides clinical organization tools and reference lookups. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. The app does not make autonomous clinical decisions and must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, prescription, dose selection, emergency care, or patient monitoring.
You remain responsible for independently verifying all medication, renal, hepatic, pregnancy, lactation, allergy, interaction, laboratory, imaging, and discharge information against primary clinical sources and local protocols before using it in patient care.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, using WardLink only through your own account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]. You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person's account.
4. Patient Data and Permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that any patient information entered into WardLink may lawfully be collected, stored, processed, and shared through the app. This includes obtaining any consent, institutional approval, or legal basis required by your workplace and jurisdiction. Do not enter patient data unless you are authorized to do so.
5. Team Collaboration
When you join or create a team, patient records and team activity may be visible to authorized team members according to app permissions. Invite codes and team access should be shared only with appropriate clinical personnel. Team owners are responsible for maintaining accurate membership and removing access when a person no longer needs it.
6. AI Transcription and OCR
AI features are limited to transcription and document extraction. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before saving or relying on them. AI output is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prescription instruction.
7. Web Portal Account Administration
Account administration, access changes, and billing-related support are handled through WardLink's web portal and support channel. Native mobile apps do not present purchase buttons, checkout links, price prompts, or purchase calls to action.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use WardLink to provide care outside your license or authority, upload unlawful content, intentionally enter false clinical information, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to view, use the app for advertising or data brokerage, or use any output as a substitute for professional judgment.
9. Availability and Changes
WardLink may change or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We aim to keep the service available, but clinical work should never depend on uninterrupted access to WardLink. Maintain appropriate local clinical records and backup workflows required by your institution.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
WardLink is provided as a professional reference and workflow-support tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WardLink disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular clinical purpose, and uninterrupted availability. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.
