WardLink does not provide medical advice to patients and does not create a clinician-patient relationship. All clinical information, including medication reference checks, renal/hepatic information, pregnancy/lactation information, interaction checks, allergy checks, laboratory extraction, and discharge text, must be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.

No Autonomous Decisions

The app does not make autonomous decisions, prescribe treatment, select doses, replace source references, or replace local clinical guidelines. Reference outputs are generated from bundled databases, rule-based comparisons, and user-entered information, and may be incomplete or outdated.

AI Limits

AI is used only for speech-to-text transcription and OCR-style extraction from documents you choose to process. AI is not used to diagnose, recommend treatment, calculate individualized doses, or make patient-specific care decisions. Review all AI output before saving or using it.

Emergency and High-Risk Use
