This page lets WardLink users request deletion of their WardLink account and associated user data.
Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your WardLink account. Use the subject line "WardLink Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and account email.
In-App Path
You can also initiate deletion from the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account.
What Is Deleted
Deletion removes your account, profile details, authentication record, team memberships, and personal data associated with your account from active production systems, subject to legally required retention.
Timing and Retention
WardLink aims to delete eligible data from active production systems within 30 days after verifying the request. Encrypted backups may remain until normal backup rotation expires, typically within 90 days. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, audit integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or healthcare-record obligations.
